Attorney Thomas A. Robinson earned his J.D. at Tulane University School of Law, New Orleans, Louisiana, Cum Laude, Class of 1996, and his B.A. in American Studies at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, Phi Beta Kappa.

Since his admission to the Connecticut Bar in 1996, Attorney Robinson practices elder law, including long term care planning, estate planning, wills and trusts, conservatorships, and estate administration and settlement; in addition, Attorney Robinson represents clients in connection with land use issues, residential and commercial real estate leasing transactions and closings, and provides counsel to various business entities.

Thomas A. Robinson is a former chairman of the Manchester Board of Education on which he served for six years and is currently involved in numerous civic and community organizations including serving on the Board of Directors of the Manchester Scholarship Foundation, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Manchester Early Learning Center, and on the Board of Directors of Mary's Field, Ltd.

Attorney Robinson joined the firm of Penny, Botticello & O'Brien, P.C. in 2004. He is a native of and resides in Manchester, Connecticut.
